Privacy Policy

Here's the short version: I don't sell your information, I don't share it, and I don't spam you. That's the whole policy. The rest of this page just says it in more words.

What I collect

Your email address, and your name if you give it to me. If you buy a book, my store also collects the shipping and payment details it needs to actually get the book to you.

What I do with it

Two things. I send you my newsletter, and I run the store business, which means order confirmations, shipping updates, and the occasional note about a new book. That's it. Your information doesn't get used for anything else.

What I don't do with it

I don't sell your information. I don't rent it, trade it, or hand it over to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else looking to build a list. Ever.

The only outside parties who touch your data are the services that make the business run: my email platform, my payment processor, and my print and delivery partners. They only get what they need to do their job, and they can't use it for their own purposes.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list immediately, no questions, no confirmation gauntlet, no "are you sure?" page designed to wear you down. If you ever want your information deleted entirely, just ask and I'll take care of it.

Spam

Never. I write for people who want to hear from me, and there's no version of this business where flooding your inbox helps either of us.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses basic web analytics to see which pages people actually read. That data is aggregated, and I'm not using it to identify you personally. Your browser settings control cookies if you'd rather block them.

Kids

This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. If that happened by accident, let me know and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version goes here with a new date at the top. The core promise, no selling, no sharing, no spam, isn't going anywhere.
